Aftercare

The key to Satsearch's success is a combination of technical expertise and a customer service ethos that places the client's needs first. This philosophy and approach is evident from the outset with each client being appointed a Client Liaison Team to manage and oversee the installation which continues throughout the length of the service agreement.

The Liaison team will co-ordinate the installation process and ensure that project managers are fully informed of the progress of the project and that issues requiring deviations from the schedule are highlighted in advance thereby minimising delays.

Once the engineers have left the site and the project has been signed off, the maintenance of the equipment and service agreement will be administered by the liaison team to ensure continuity.

All works are guaranteed for a full 12 months subject to normal conditions of use but extended warranties are available subject to negotiation.

A users pack is available for each installation which explains in simple, non-technical language, information on the installed equipment as well as details of our 24 hour, 7 day a week manned fault line.
